Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our pharmacy team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
